Bones pet not available

Hi all,
I bought the digital deluxe edition and bones is not available in the list of pets.
Any idea how I can claim / retrieve it?

Usually, there are two ways to deliver goodies.

  • Enter to your collection automatically. Press F1 to open Collection window and check if there. (Transmogs go into Mystic’s interface instead.)
  • Send to you by in-game mail, an envelope icon at lower left after you enter a game. Claim the items and right click them (while stash is closed.)

My recollection is that it needs to be claimed by in game mail. There is an icon when you are in game on the bottom lwftt corner of the screen. You click the mail icon, then claim the pet, and then you add it to the pet collection like pets that you find from goblin drops.

I have the expansion, it shows the pet dog but i can not add it.

Hi Mondriaan,

If you are referring to the Spectral Hound, that only comes with the Digital Deluxe Edition. If you purchased the DD edition, then see the responses earlier in this threads above.

I’ve been fooled, I can’t get the Bones Pet into the library, D3 says I have the expansion (inc. the Bones Pet) but I can’t add it.

I understand how D3 UI can indicate that you have the expac, but where are you seeing that it says you own the Spectral Hound?

It’s something that would be automatically added to your account.

At your Trust Level you have to post links as Preformatted Text.
