Buff to the Pestilence set makes Blood & Essence necro build viable for T16 (barely). Similar to Lazy Inarius this will resurrect a classic speed farming build. Good job. Still got to get that cool-down reduction really high, but it now has the damage to complete GR75 with mid-ling paragon & ancients and GR85 with high paragon and/or fully augmented gear. Kudos
