I want to block a user with a hidden profile, but when I press the “Ignore” button all that happens is, that the Battle.net symbol next to it starts spinning endlessly (red circle on the picture).
Tried it yesterday and today with 2 different browsers, but nothing seems to work.

Since your profile is also blocked, I used it for testing…
which yielded:
So… I would say yours failed because you didn’t have the full Username… you need to have the numeric part as well.
Try again ??
That makes sense.
Maybe they should replace the word “Username” with “Battletag” to avoid confusion.
