Blizzard please update shadow 2 piece

everything is currently useless on there except impale.
if you moved Chakram bonus to Spine of Seething hatred, and Bola’s bonus to Emimei’s Duffel, then these amazingly fun builds could actually be viable options.

yes i’ve been playing UE Chakram for 8 hours today trying to get it to be manageable, but it isn’t. the damage isnt there. Razor Disk is so cool…

Chakram is very heavy on collision checks, so I don’t think they’d promote it to a larger player base by buffing it in any form what-so-ever. Probably, what you have is, what you get.
I have wasted some time on the maxroll’s simulator and I think you can try to include Strafe- Icy with MfD- Mortal Enemy, cube Mantle of Channeling and equip Taeguk for Unhallowed Essence Set. Appears that Serpentine skill rune is the best pick as it has slow travel time and deals the most damage.

Obviously, you won’t push high but it should dish out damage somewhat better and more consistent with this change. For other details, such as keeping other skills and what not, I need to break it down for months by playing it myself and I don’t have such time. I say, use a standard UE Hungering Arrow build as a staple and modify it to your needs. In theory, you should be able to play UE just like Gears Set, spitting out a few Chakrams between whirls of Strafe.

Only viable alternative to Impale is Fan of Knives in Shadow’s Set, thanks to boost of Lord Greenstone’s Fan. Not even Bolas is a good choice for Shadow’s Set as a damage dealer but an utility for slowing down targets from a distance. I think Bolas and Chakram are only meant for speed farming low difficulty content and nothing else for Shadow’s Set. All its skill runes seem useless, and you can not include wildcard action skills without giving away crucial utilities.

According to the simulator, even Marauder is a better pick than Shadow’s Set in case you really want a build where you use Chakram as a damage dealer. As I remember Chakrams fired by Marauder’s 4-piece bonus Sentry don’t benefit from Shadow’s damage bonus before overhaul of the latter. Have no idea if that changed after that but I think it did not.
