Blizzard please make the Raiment of a thousand storms more powerful and add defense on set

I write here, because don’t let me to post at Monk section.
Dear Blizzard, please add a defense buffer at Raiment setup and PLEASE lower this 75 spirit per Dashing Strike cast. If we fight and sundendly need escape plan, the 75 spirit cost is to much. You make the set to be playable only from Hi Paragon players. Add please a Defense mechanism, and lower the 75 spirit cost.

For example :

1.Spirit Generators have 50% attack speed ,and 600% damage (in order to focus less at Attack Speed % at gear and faster Spirit re gain)

2.Dashing Strike spend 35 spirit points , but refund a charge when does and 60% damage reduction (less resources % at gear , less time to use spirit generators , and better escape plan)

3.Spirit Generators increase weapon damage of Dashing Strike 120.000% for 6 seconds (or 9 seconds), and Dashing Strike increase damage dealt by spirit generators 12.000%

That’s the point. They wanted to focus more towards builds that are usable non season.

Game items need re design, not only set class. For example Krelms set, belt 25% movement speed useless afix, this belt no one use it, also the penalty is inaccurate. Or give the 25% free and permanent, or just change to something else. Many items nedd re work inside game.

Many speed builds use Krelm’s if no other belt fit in. I run my WD bounty build with it. With Molten Gizzard Gem it’s no problem to keep the buff up on T16. Even @the Boss.

This 25% movement speed is pointless for the game, could be something better.

All class have skills that increase movement speed.

The problem is the Raiment setup, on resources at Dashing Strike cost.
Way to Hi at cast.
Especially if the fist gloves start to drain out spirit and player surround by monsters, is no escape.
Need a rework at spirit Generators attack speed, overal damage output, spirit cost of Dashing Strike skill (the refund to stay as it), and a permanent defense bonus at the set.

My WD for bounties runs Krelm’s, Manajuma Set, Fierce Loyalty (passive), Horrify-Stalker, Soul to Waste and Rechel’s Ring. As most sets deliver more than enough dps you only need to stack some toughness and movement speed.

The major problem with R6 is toughness, not RCR. Main damage comes from generators not DS, so spam DS isn’t necessary. If played correctly you could run with Aquila’s. But i agree R6 isn’t useful for low paragons (<2000).

But anyway, as Monks got PoJ, i don’t think Raiment will be changed next season, especially as we don’t know how much Cov2 will impact US-economy. As T.r.u.m.p. makes anything wrong, like Maldonado, Orban and Putin f.e.

Spirit cost isnt an issue with Raiment when u get use to it. But like ive said over the years thy should add damage reduction to Rue Chambers so R6 can equip instead of Unity.

Crimson Raiment u can spam breath of heaven to fill up ur spirit gauge quickly. Heres mid tier GR120 push i did earlier this year with Crimson Raiment. Showed gear and stats after GR:

I agree and not agree.
Toughness yes, BIG PROBLEM.
Need a re work at this, because generator built need melee combat.

BUT I say BUT

The spirit cost of Dashing Strike is TO HI.
75 spirit, is to much.
sometimes before you need it, other skills can alreay drain you.

They can make it 35 spirit cost.

I understand Generators do more damage from Dashing Strike, but Dashing Strike need to buffer Generators

Referring to your blood shard cap (1800) you have completed a GR130. Where did you get your 140+ Gems? As seasonal achievements are transferred to non-season, your highest GR was a 130 (solo or group) or am i missing something.

The bloodshard cap is based on your highest solo GR clearance, i.e.
Cap = 500 + ( 10 * Highest solo GR level cleared)

The rank 140 gems could have been obtained in group play, which has absolutely no impact on the bloodshard cap.

Been playing since Day 1 on console. It better be over 3k. Hoping to get to 4k paragons but probably wont be situated for another month or 2 for gaming. Being a Gen Monk and pre-Rend WW player high paragons were mandatory

No PoE or D3 Season 21… Feels weird no smashing or slicing things

@Firestorm the Spirit is refunded if u have enough Spirit when u Dash. The key is not to use Dash to move across the map ( though i cant say nothing cuz i tend to do do lol)… Its best to run normally and Dash when u have 2 charges

Yah i think 130 is my highest GR… I think it was either pre nerf VyrTodo, PoJ, or new WW. My memory aint the greatest lol.

Also i forgot to mention i been gearing my Gen Monk since S11 btw. So S11,15,
16,17, and 18 plus off Season rolling. Gen Monk is a pain to gear… Didnt get my trifecta Shenlong Fist til S16

And 140+ is from group play. I had a 150 Stricken, and Simplicity Strenght people sent me laying around somewhere. Usually hit mid 140s in group play during the Season. Last Season was the 1st Season i was hitting consustently hitting 150s… Now i dont feel so bad having the 150s i didnt earn lol.

There use ti be a Dashi g Strike setup… It used to T11 and T13(fully augmented) back in the days that used Fleshrake and Crystal Fist.

Havent specd for rifts since S11 but i keep it in the armory every Season for post GR cow level… Ppl be WTF!!! How u keep dash forever lol

Ahhhhh! I thought you had that many paragon in this season! ahahha but 3k+ is still pretty impressive, I started playing around season 6 and im close to 1,500 paragon (not season)

Lol no but that would be nice to have the 3k for a Season… I usually get 1200p-2000p a Season. 2200 was my highest during S16.
1500 with augs where things start to get interesting with the GR pushi g
