I’m a CN D3 player,I play diablo3 in our country since 2015.Since the 25 session started,CN D3 SEVER has a big problem at game delay.(500-3000MS). I can’t take it anymore !
The CN official said ,the main reason is the DH BUG.And they banned accounts of thousands of players (14 days). It’s been almost one month until today ,the problem still exsit and even worse!
Then I went to the other nation servers (US 、ASIAN、Europe),to check is there diffrients between them and CN at game delay. I was shocked ! In the case of a practical accelerator,ASIAN sever has only about 50 to 100 ms delay.
I finaly know the truth.
Why CN official ,put the blame on our players without mentioning the problems of their own servers!?It hurt us deeply, make us look like idiots!
It hurt our CN players, and it gave you a bad reputation ,but you Blizzard know nothing ,you do nothing !
We don’t want CN servers to continue to be paralyzed
So now , I represent China Diablo 3 players ,I’m begging you to help us ! Do something !
I just want to know how to contact Blizzard headquarters directly. Our Chinese server has been paralyzed for about one month ! We can’t play D3 normally
It’s not about that ! I want to know if the CN server is not saved .
Well, all realms have been reporting issues with latency. Not sure how your servers are setup, as I know its different there that the rest of the world, but even the US and EU players have been reporting lag/latency issues at times for this season.
So… Welcome to the club?
Blizzard does not run the game servers in China. China does not allow foreign game companies to operate games or servers within China. Any game company has to work with a Chinese company who runs the actual games. Blizzard just provides the software. NetEase runs the Blizzard games in China I think.
You don’t.
If you want to put in a Ticket for the Chinese servers, you need to do so from the China D3 website.
Note: MVPs are other players, not Blizzard staff. MVPs do not represent, or speak for, Blizzard.

But the problem is that we play on other nation servers normally, but we have high latency when we play in our own country.
NetEase and China run the games in China and control the internet there.

Netease is now regardless of the attitude of asking, irresponsible to the players. That’s why I came here. We CN players do not want NetEase to act as Diablo3 anymore. It hurt us badly !
Diablo3 is dying in CN. The only qualified agent for Diablo 3 is Tencent. Tencent is the most powerful online game company in my country. Its agent products include LOL.
NetEase is dying too!
You will have to contact your government to solve that.
If it’s like doing anything with the US government, your problem should be resolved in not less than 5 to 25 years or the end of your natural span of life. Whichever comes first.

Under the agency of NetEase, there are currently less than 20,000 Chinese players. Many people have seen NetEase’s attitude to choose AFK.
Link please.
I do not believe that I would like to see the source.
Diablo 4 comes first ,I guess
You will need to take that up with the Government of China. China does not allow foreign companies to run their own game servers in your country. It is illegal. If it was not NetEase, it would have to be another Chinese company that the government permits to run the games/servers.

Did Blizzard
ever say that the Chinese player base with less than 20,000?
Or is it just some player comments on the forum?

I don’t sure if there have 20000 players playing D3 at 2015,But I can assure you that there are no more than 20,000 players still playing at CN server! If you are suspicious, you can come to the CN server to play, you will know I’m not lying
Blizzard keeps track and they are the only ones that know.
Unless Blizzard explicitly states a specific number, any other player count is mere speculation, not a fact.
