When you use the Sanctified power for Blessed Hammer on Justinia’s Mercy (and have a different rune selected, like Limitless), you can spam blessed hammers, but no hammers come out, but wrath is still spent. If you pick the dominion rune (which is redundant because of the legendary wep effect) it then works correctly.
Ditto fire and lightning works but overrides the crackeling dmg from sant.
I can confirm, just got the sanctified power and now no hammers are generated, please fix ASAP.
I had the same problem, just got the weapon and got hyped but when i use them, hammers dont appear, wraith continue consuming but there’s no damage, no nothing…i hope they fix it soon.
