while that is true when comparing them to the casual player, the truth is cheaters almost always are averaged skilled and average talented players, generally lower IQ, who have chosen to dedicate an extremely large amount of hours to the game and have netted an undesirable result.
Being one of the most skilled D3 players in the world myself, and this was clear from beta as i literally set the Leoric speedrunning standard with DH and stutter stepping the swing timer showing the community that their assumptions of fastest class were wrong, i will say that to us top players it is extremely easy to identify cheaters simply by the amount of mistakes they make in any 5 second window of gameplay. “why did they pop a defensive here?” “why did the pop their cooldown 800ms late?” “why are they position here?”. All huge red flag tell-tale signs.
Cheaters also always stick to meta as they tend to have a low game IQ and arent able tp apply constructive thinking to find viable builds on their own. They are capable of masking this with their massive amount of dedicated time to the game, but when pulled into an actual discussion of game mechanics they are easily identifiable and stick to meta keywords and phrases rather than relevant discussion and comparisons.
So just speaking from a top players perspective, cheaters are almost always bad players with large unfulfilled egos and very low standards as human beings. they tend to gravitate to each other due to their tendencies, for the most part, to make poor moral choices, as their personalities ward off those with an understanding of right from wrong. Cheaters tend to constantly say “i dont care” when confronted, as a defensive measure to move past the subject at hand, and lean heavily on phrases like “its just a videogame” and belittle the confrontation in “the grand scheme of things”.
i’ve never met a skilled player who cheated. ive seen them test the experience to get an understanding, but that generally ends quickly and they dont ever enjoy it, mostly because it detracts and erodes their actual skills.

Hey now, you could get the upside our neighbours are currently experiencing. Where your soon to be ex wife is the one who is staying in the house you bought together, also with all your stuff, and you only stay there every now and then for a few days when she isn’t there because you can’t stand to see each other. And since ending joint property ownership takes some time and sorting out who gets which possessions is also a process this will go on for a while. Then also if you’re lucky she can be a cheater and you have to deal with the normal pain of heartbreak but also wonder if she is hooking up with another guy in what used to be your home (she is).
Now how can that not be an upside?

Wudijo was once banned for using turbohud.
Also, that LebroJames guy streams with turbohud a lot. You can see him entering a woods map and leaving immediately without looking at the layout or mobe type
He doesnt stream with turbohud. You can speculate however you like, but there is definitely no overlay on stream.

They are banned but sometimes after a few years (this is from logs that anti bot engine checks)

Using TurboHUD/Bot is VERY DANGEROUS for your computer data! It contains exploit/hacks/decrypt codes, which is like welcoming piracy to your system.

It’s an overlay that gives you information you wouldn’t have otherwise. Those that do not use it do not have the information. So using it, you have information that others do not. Therefore, it is a cheat.
