My thoughts:
June 5 date is a bit disappointing (if true of course), but if its means more polish & more stuff, its not bad. I wait 10 years, I can wait another 1-2 months.
The special editions preoder pretty dull with no physical goodies like books, figurings etc.
Highly controverial is early access for release version ONLY for Ultimate editions for many reasons.
Complains of P2W.
Even worse, the backlash if people pay for the Ultimate editions to get early access only to run into server queue & log in issues!
For God sake, they should remove the early access for release & swap to other goodies.

Its battlepass skip. Not a biggie. Only cosmetic.
So instead of playing through the content of the battle pass to get your cosmetics, you pay through it :v
I am not a fan, & never done that in Fortnite. But if people have more cash then patient, let them do it. They just missed the joy to unlock stuff.
As long as it doesn’t affect gameplay or P2W, I am not concern.
I believe tier skips are after you complete the game once. Battlepasses are seasonal and free unless you want the extra cosmetics etc and competition is optional i guess… i don’t get why people complain about having options lol.

4 Day early access as a pre-order bonus ONLY for the more expensive editions of the game.
If this holds up as true then I’m going to be pretty disappointed in the team.
D4 has spent a lot of time making big promises about being fair to gamers and then they pull that?
I’ll wait for an official confirmation but for me this is a far bigger dent in my confidence in long-term plans for the game than basically anything else.
4 day early access isn’t bad at all, people need to expect this, as it’s a gaming standard now. Whether it’s the standard version of the game or special editions it makes no difference.
Season 1 isn’t starting at launch, so no one has an advantage anyways. If someone wants to pay extra to sit in queues and start-up bugs, let them.
I’ll probably won’t even buy the game untill s1 starts. So the +4 day bug fest is not an advantage anyone should be worried about.
Is this the 6th class that some have been speculating about that is shown in the updated art?
