It has came to my attention that the battle net characters from the original Diablo 2 LOD on Battle Net will not be transferred over. This is a huge bug that needs to be addressed. Preferably before release!
Not a bug, only single player saves will convert across. No closed battle net transfers will ever happen.

It’s not a bug and it was addressed all the way back in March. It’s a new game on the new Battle Net. Everybody gets to start fresh and has to leave their duped, hacked, and bugged items behind and will have to spend their forum gold to amass a new stockpile
