I’m not usually a necro player, but I would think a Trag’s build would be your best bet for speeds on account of the blood rush benefits. But with those legendary boots that boost speed after using blood rush most builds will be pretty speedy.
So if I was going to give advice, I’d suggest a Trag’s build if you intend to Farm GR’s or maybe an LoD build if you just want to farm Not the Cow Level for Visions.
