Best gear for Poison Scythe?

I am trying Andariel’s Visage and Tal Rasha Chest in place of Leoric’s Crown and Aquila Cuirass and suddenly I’m dying constantly. I didn’t think it would be that much worse unless I’m doing something else wrong and not realizing it.

But god I hate pushing and dying in general. All I want is to do gem leveling. I’m having trouble with a 115 atm.

Thanks! I was following a similar build online, but watching some of that video, I tweaked my build and went from struggling at GR80 to walking GR90 with ease and still pushing forward.
