tq 4 ur reply, but what did exactly the chicken do ? how can it cc enemy ?
stuning ? freezing ? or make them targeted by enemy ?
The chicken stuns enemies within a small radius when the attack procs and hits them (about 10 yards?)
I personally prefer Windforce (if it rolls with at least 40% chance to knockback).

i c tq 4 the explanation guys
Just be sure that knocback and other cc effects from the scoundrel won’t be counterproductive when you fight the monsters.
Edit : my post is not here to change the subject of the topic, just a note
I could be cool to “write” correctly, I’m not from an “English country” language and I understood… Nothing

Buriza works really well on the follower. The pierces can replace his one ability that gives his abilities a chance to pierce to the Multi-shot allowing three shots at time. The freeze chance on the crossbow will help keep things apartt for a build like GoD, where area damage doesn’t mean as much as it used to.
The slow or stun of his top line damage dealers will pierce too giving him a bit more crowd control too.
All that said, it really depends on what class you’re playing and what build you’re using. If you need to group things up in Higher Grifts, more crowd control could be counter productive.

Hellrack: Chance to root enemies to the ground when you hit them.
- This is the one my season monk has.
yeah i used tat bow too usually
What chicken? All Cluckeye does is cluck.
It creates chicken that start to run in the direction of the shot. Look closer
Either this is a joke, or you’ve not been paying attention.
There are several “gag” weapons in D3 that I don’t bother using. Like the Bovine polearm. Sure, the murderous cows are cute once or twice. There’s also the Monk weapon that “slaps”, the Butcher’s Axe “The butcher still inhabits his cleaver”. What does that even mean? And for Cluckeye is just says you have a chance of clucking. No mention of crowd control. There are way better weapons for general use. Hell, if I want chickens doing crowd control I’ll run a WD Angry Chicken build. At least then I know what I’m getting. I’m not giving up 50% cost reduction from Yang’s for occasionally stunning an enemy or two.
Yeah, I bet developers totally meant Cluckeye to be used on a main character and you never need crowd control from Followers. Do what you want really.
That “cluck” is a proc, it sends a running chicken that deals 500% weapon damage when occurred. It also blinds enemies for a brief moment as it pass them by. That is an upgrade for a Scoundrel with usual 130-140% weapon damage attacks.
Then you have not been paying attention nor have you used the weapon yourself.
And yes, there are some legendary powers that are merely for gag purposes (Slorak’s Madness comes to mind) but Cluckeye actually has some form of use.
