Belt of the trove - Akkhan Set misses icon from 4 sec bomb

Is it just me or did the hotfix smash the item?

Since the hotfix I miss the autobombs from the belt.
Also the icon that shows the 4 second countdown is not shown anymore.

It did not appear no matter if I wear Ivory set (with no bombardement in my skills) or Arkham set (with bombardement in my skills). Also it does not matter if the belt is in the cube or if I wear it. The effect and the icon are missing.

I noticed the missing icon when switching from ivory to Akkhan set.

Did the hotfix srew the item or am I missing something?

When looking carful and testing it, we found out:

Invoker set procs with icon as intendet.
Akkham procs, but the icon is missing.

Here’s my Invoker

Here she is, stood in town, showing that she has the Belt of the Trove in the Cube’s armour slot, and that she does not have the Bombardment ability on her toolbar…

So, I went out to The Weeping Hollow and ran close to some mobs…

As you’ll see, there is a Bombardment in progress, and I have the icon showing the protection buff (it’s the one in the middle, like falling meteorites).

Seems to be working fine for me.

I don’t have a seasonal Crusader to see if this is something specific to an interaction with the soul shards or not. I’m sure others will come along and tell us.

I know the icon since I had it (with shards) before the hotfix. But now it’s gone.

Today I finally found out, when changing to Arkham, that the 4 second bombs are missing and the icon, too.

Okay, here’s my Akkan-using Condemn

Here she is, stood in town, showing that she has the Belt of the Trove in the Cube’s armour slot, and that she does not have the Bombardment ability on her toolbar…

There’s a Bombardment in progress, but there’s no icon for the protection buff.

Confirmed bug and, as my testing was done on a non-seasonal Crusader, that rules out anything to do with soul shards as being the cause.

The bug is inconsistent … By “playing” with the items I could do following:

Invoker:
Removing belt from cube, wearing the item, I could get the icon and the procs back.
After changing the belt back in the cube it seems to work now with ivoker.

Arkham:
Icon vanished, no matter if the belt is in the cube or not.
I looked carful and did not use the bombardement skill and it did proc, but the icon is missing.

Further testing…

I repeated both of the above tests, but this time with a Belt of the Trove equipped rather than as the active power in the Cube. Same outcome, i.e. protection buff icon shows up when used with Invoker set, not with Akkan’s.

Also, for bonus points, the Belt of the Trove I used was a legacy one (where it periodically casts the Bombardment, but doesn’t give the bonus to Bombardment damage) so this means the fault is apparent regardless of legacy / up-to-date belts, regardless of season / non-season, and is specific to interaction with Akkan, as Invoker is unaffected.
