Exactly this. I think if we communicate like adults, there would not be a need for elitist shooting down paying customers. Do not get me wrong, I am for sure one of the biggest Blizzard fanboys around. However people have full right to demand information as they have paid in advance for early access. Imagine you bought a car with the dealership saying “you can have a test drive in August”. Would you not be calling them every day-two asking where is your test drive? When they are silent for 8 days, would you not start to have doubts if the car will be even ready on time?
