Becoming quite frustrated, error 315000

Hi guys,

I’m having the worse time ever trying to resolve this error 315000. Upon launching the game it says "The player is not connected or there is an issue with the service. Please try again. (Code 315000) . When going “Start game” it says only the party leader can start games.
To top this off I have looked through every online article I can find and the Blizzard website is being an absolute nightmare for me, I can’t access my account page without constantly refreshing and then once I finally get in I try to do a password reset which never works due to more drop outs.

Now before you say this is my internet - no it’s not, I am on a ethernet connection and the connection is rocksolid.

Troubleshooting
Run battle.net repair
Done a fresh uninstall / reinstallation of diablo 3
Run %ProgramData% and cleared the Blizzard Entertainment Cache
Logged out of client, logged into Eu, launched D3, logged out of client, logged back into America and launched D3
Tried to reset password - can’t connect to website

This has been going on for a solid week now, please if someone can help resolve this with me swiftly it would be greatly appreciated.

this has been going on for a year and a half, the developers specially created this error, they said that they knew about it and were not going to remove it! this is the attitude towards the players

check your mail, most likely you have a chat block, because of this an error occurs and you cannot play.

can not be but for sure, in D3 chat blocking is equated to complete account blocking, and no one will fix it!
