Bazooka macro users identified (by accident) after patch

Now that the patch made it impossible to manually execute bazooka build without the use of macro, those who still got this done are most likely macro users (check leather board for all bazooka doing GR 140+) and as such should be investigated by blizzard.

While 2.6.7 didn’t fix bazooka exploit but it did help expose those who use macro which is not allowed by blizzard.

Question is now that blizzard knows who exactly are using macros against the code of conduct, are they gonna do anything about it?

This point has been made several times over about creating a honeypot for macro users. I’m glad you’ve chosen to repeat it. Thank you!

Not without concrete way of identifying them. This time it’s different. This time they know for certain who are using macros and who are not.

It’s harder than before but still quite possible to do it manually.

Most people have not yet figured out exactly what changed so there are a lot of misconceptions flying around, like you would need an accuracy of 1 frame which is wrong.

this is not entirely true. lexyutv is one of the top bazooka players and he does not use macros. Simply banning someone because hes good is wrong.

No one is going to get investigated over macro use. You can actually get some blizz approved d3 keyboards and mice with macro.
Its still very possible to do it manually and once you get a hang of it its not that hard.

If we banned everyone on the leaderboards, it’d give people like me a chance of making the top 1000 :smiling_imp::clown_face:
