Using the enchanter, there are zero options to add a socket to the band of might. I have the following stats on the right, Damage, Strength, Crit Hit Chance and Life Per Hit. None of these are showing adding a socket as an option.
What level is your Band of might? if it is a low level ring, you might not have access to sockets yet.

That was the issue, thank you. I didn’t think to check that, it shows only level 16. In the cube it went. I appreciate your response.
