Baleful Remnent is really useless now, I hope it helps in Rift for keys and Bounty, so I hope it’s optimized like this: Apply Condemn when Phalanx Avatar attacking enemies.
If we make such changes, we can see the Cru equip Baleful Remnent and Eternal Union fighting bravely against the mobs in Rift or Bounty.(Eternal Union is also become useful)
