Bad performance, need some help here

After i switched from windows 10 to windows 11, the game simple runs very bad, its nearly unplayable.
Constant stuttering, and when i close the game all my pc stuff including battlenet app is zoomed in by alot, so it fill the hole screen. So i have to edjust all my icons and battlenet app to the right size again, its very annoying. I have tried some old setting require for diablo 3 to run great, but no setting help at all.
Its the same hardware i have had in a long time, and before windows 11 i never had any problems at all.
here are my spec if any wanna know that. I was hoping to play season tomorrow but seems like i cant because of the terrible game performance.

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
32 Gb ram
ssd harddrive 1 tb

If anyone have some knowledge on this i would like to know.
I have made a post to tech support, but they seem to not care and answer.

About the zoomed in thing; it is likely caused by the game setting the screen to another resolution and then that resolution is kept when the game is closed.
I don’t know about windows 11. Isn’t the 800x600 gone from that version. Also are you using the 64 bit version of D3? You may need to change some of the video options/settings in D3 (windowed, full screen and different resolutions etc.)

Ty ill try look more into it  I do run 64 bit. I try lower res to 1920 instead of 3840 and see how it goes.

To cure the infamous D3 stutter open D3Prefs.ini in your documents/Diablo III folder, change the following settings:
HardwareClass β€œ2”
DisableScreenShake β€œ1” ← this is annoying, up to you

In D3, set your audio to stereo.
Try setting less cores to D3 in task manager:
Have D3 open, ctrl- shift- esc to open task manager, details tab, right click D3, set affinity to core 2 and 4 only, (use even numbers as these are garanteed to by phuysical cores)
If this works, there is a way to set a perminant .reg file to keep these cores selected, google is your friend on that or hit me up.

Display settings in Win11, make sure Scale is set to 100%.

Grab a system optimization app. Run it. Should fix all the weird w11 settings.

OP is doing fine now. 1K paragon in season in EU region.

He probably applied the tweaks lol
