Logged into 2.6.6 expecting new powers to my Aughild set, but still the same. When I then go to craft it seems only the option to make the low level version that doesn’t have the buff either. Help Blizzard!
That’s because you have to farm the plan for the new set again first. After you find the plan, you teach it to the blacksmith and make a new set, which will have the new powers.

In addition, after the patch, the old recipes will no longer be available to craft and all players will need to re-acquire these recipes by finding the plans again through Horadric Caches or by killing Odious Collectors.
