Auction House that is more secure than ever

this here people is the true state of it all. For the realistic part of the record not stupid, so before you dismiss a certain thing or two and stuff before realistically taking into account not all things bad and are not the same and shouldn’t be remarkably arrogant at dismissing something that has yet to come out. Labelling it as the last diablo 3 game of the one there was an Auction House had a changing in the course of the game is no different than the game changing its course there for anyone shouldn’t label a negative thing to a circumstance that has yet to exist. Where’s your morals at for the indifference and accepting what new and improved version of diablo 3 was blended in with some diablo 2 to create the diablo 4, it would only be logically logical to have learned from the experiences and make a more reassuring Auction house as house of auction and change it differently. As for fincen rules they could work with blizzard and the rest of them companies on the matter to be more reasonably lenient at helping find safe guards so that there is more money for the economy everywhere and no money laundering. As a means of having in place the taxable side of it for players that can report it as taxable income meaning more in returns and more in deductibles for the companies and blizzard and FYI forum moderators are not devs…

In honour of the Auction Houses past…
Can I sell you some punctuation and paragraph returns?

I now have a headache from trying to read that.

The timely patience is seemingly little. When you don’t let the person breath before to simply write it appropriately and properly its near impossible to make a tall difference in the brainstorm of what I write first I don’t take 2 secs to know what I’m doing on paper and I wont let myself be pressured by the fact you cant wait 2 mins to let me write up and correct my writing on my own unfortunately like most of you I don’t spend most of my days in front of a computer.

You don’t spend most of your time in front of a computer, yet you want the auction house to come back so you can make money from it. That to me brings a sense of irony to this thread.

OK, I’m bowing out of this one.

You do realise that you can take as long as you like to compose your replies, right? There’s absolutely zero time pressure. Feel free to spend ages and use things like capital letters, punctuation, full stops at the end of sentences. Heck, maybe even throw in a paragraph return or two so it’s not a wall of text.

that’s the gratitude that makes it all more wiser, since having a job and getting to play the game at a moderate pace I’d be able to make a good living with in reason as if I had a ridiculous amount of bills from this pandemic and be able to collect modified hours doing so too. It have a return on income tax I think it would be fair enough if the taxes were deducted off the players transaction directly and what you have is basically a leisure activity that pays for your times worth being that the limit of an item could subsequently be no more than 100$ per loot and be account bound upon transaction there for having ownership of the item at that point basically give money for an item and own it afterwards. it would be basically a paid portion for that digital imprint that consist of the loot that was exchanged. Be that it would be like it virtually paid for the item and the accounts usage and providing another revenue for blizzard and its partners at the same current time to pay for the legal aspect of it and not sweat it. Then get to claim it on tax day as an expense of groceries or gas bills and have a receipt for it that’s accepted during tax day and wind up with a return for having a source of revenue that if it exceeds a certain limit the player accepts the responsibility to claim it other wise can and would be considered to be money laundering…if they made it taxable for teenagers of 16+ of age too and allow them a sense in real life on how to manage there money when tax day arrives it being early lessons in a way for the real world and having them prepared and in the habit of doing there taxes in time and on time, secondly it would be a great opportunity to provided money for the economical loss most countries have faced. heck some are still facing that. When thus also being able to create a team to manage and eliminate the exploits and bots and groups that band together to exploit stuff…wait for it…creating more jobs and making peoples way of life more affordable.

You had half an hour to compose the next reply after this one and you still posted a wall of text…

So your point is that you do not spend enough time in front of a computer to correct awful syntax…but your original post requests the return of money-making to a video game…which requires hours of daily play…at a computer.

Are we being trolled?

Based on all that, I think you should play a different game. One based on selling accounts and “creating jobs and making lives more affordable.”

Diablo is not that. It never was that. It is a time sink for perfectionists and collectors. Of all the Diablo experiences, D2V was the most alien: impossible difficulty curve that ended in a vicious feedback cycle, horrific drop rates for even above-average items, and a secondary market that outweighed playing the game itself. It was terrible.

No it’s a literal statement. Your perspective need not be considered. Your wall of text remains unread.

do you 2 really ultimately think your perspectives matter…

There’s only one perspective that matters. The perspective of the person who has the power to change things. They aren’t on the forums.

Koolio is obviously a wizard with the spell Wall of Text memorized more than once.

For those of you who know what it means to play chess with a pigeon, I don’t have to tell you that Koolio is the pigeon.

What is this

I really hope they stay true to that.

No AH. No trading => Better Diablo.

Surely you know it is possible to get jobs where you can live on 1 of them? Such as… most jobs.
The only time gaming should be like a job is if 1) You are a streamer, or 2) You are in esport.

Yes!

It is not even about rights. It is about game rules. Doesnt matter the slightest if you had a legal right to sell digital items or not, the game rules should determine it.

True. I hate trading in A-RPGs (not necessarily in other games). It does not belong there. I hate RMT everywhere though.

Yeah, surely Blizzard would love to be in the business of collecting taxes.

It would not provide any money that is not already there. Instead it might move money to places where it does less good.

As even China seemed to realize, gold farming is not the kind of jobs you want to create in a healthy economy. They are not good for anyone involved. Low paying, low education “jobs”.

Absolutely, the amount of people playing over the years since it was removed has increased dramatically, cough cough.

Pretty sure that the AH wasn’t the reason. Paragons and bots more likely are the reason the game is virtually dead.

granted you may not understand the loop holes there are at being able to simply deduct taxes and receive a receipt and be able to claim it and blizzard being able to have those deducted taxes go directly to the governments and collect rebates on there taxes threw bigger charities that equal bigger rebates for them

the case that is on this note is that it would be a side source of income for the less fortunate and others at the same current time where people can bring food the table and support themselves and each other most of each other way better in accordance to the lack income and down slope of the economy.

Many people want an auction. So why not do it, but only so that it does not have a special importance in the gameplay? Like the portals of Daring.

All these keeping a thread alive posts by a guy who hasn’t accessed his characters for 6 months. Drop rates would have to be revised again, nobody would be able to gear themselves for running 150 rifts and D3 would lose so many players that Blizzard wouldn’t have to worry a lot about keeping tax records for auction house users because everybody would leave the game for Grim Dawn (which can be played off line) or POE.
