Asia Server, no in-game emails after s33 end on Jan/19

As we all know, Season 33 has concluded. For all the players in Asia,
if you had received in-game emails after the unexpected season-end on Jan. 5th,
if you had sorted out all the equipment transferred from the season,
and if you had re-opened the season on 1/6, after you log in at the end of the season 33 today,
You will find that only the equipment on your character remains, and all the equipment in your season locker disappears!
All your paragon values, gold, materials disappear! It’s too late for the players in Asian server.
However, players in the European and American server, you still have time to save your equipment.
Everyone, hurry up to rescue your season 33 equipment! Keep all you want on your character body,
and it’s of no use to break the unnecessary items, cause blizzard will transfer no material to your non-season!

At this point I’d say everyone needs to ping the blue posters. All two of them.

It won’t help. We have proof it won’t, from 2 weeks ago.

But, if nothing else, I’m envisioning Pez and maybe one other person (I say maybe because for all we know, they’re the same guy) walking into the office tomorrow to an inbox full of pings and mentions, and it feels cathartic.

Might be sound and fury signifying nothing in the big picture, but it feels damn good to vent in the moment.

Not only Asia servers. I am on EU server. And my mail is also absent.

Dear community manager, a large number of players did not receive item mails after the official end of Season 33. The only demand for players now is to receive item mails,players can give up paragon and other materials etc.
Blizzard don’t need to roll back all players to the end of S33 on January 19th, just send the item mails in the season stash to the players.
Solved the players’ demands, this is a win-win situation, and resolved this accident.
