Tried the usual things like cache clear and multiple devices, but over the last few days armory profiles have degraded from just slow to unable to load heros to unable to load accounts and suggesting other regions for my own profile this morning.
Anyone else having issues? Or is this the same problem that got the European profiles earlier this year now getting to US for to site migration?
My EU Career Page loads just fine.
My Asia Career Page loads just fine.
My US Career Page says no profile is available, or hasn’t been played in a long time.
I got the same message when I tried to you look at your US profile, Insidious.
So, yes, it looks like the US armoury site is having issues.

Yes. For a few days, the armory wasn’t updating but since yesterday, it can’t find my profile at all.

They semi-recently changed the root URL for Blizzard’s various subdomains. Take a wild guess how much of the cross-links between those subdomains DID NOT get updated to the new root URL. I’ll give you a hint: more than a few.
Even the BNET loader is still using the old root URL, throwing up, you guessed it, 500: Internal Server Error when it tries to load webpages.
I can’t see one of my friends’ US profile in Launcher.
I can see his EU profile and those of my other friends and I can see his while in game.
Very strange.
I was able to see a friend’s profile in game but can’t get any US profiles on the site.
The last time I looked while they were working this season, the profiles weren’t showing the 4th cube slot. Perhaps they’re doing some updating on the US portion first and then copy/paste it to the other realms?

Well, I’m not sure the armoury site knows exactly what to display and is being confused by the the 4th cube slot. My seasonal Barb…
In-game I have the following…
- Weapon slot = Ambo’s Pride
- Armour slot = Lamentation
- Jewellery slot = Ring of Royal Grandeur
- Wildcard slot = Mantle of Channelling
The armoury site shows the following…
- Weapon slot = Ambo’s Pride
- Armour slot = Mantle of Channelling
- Jewellery slot = Blank (because Ring of Royal Grandeur doesn’t show)
Looks like they’re back up now (not sure when as I haven’t bothered to try soon the last week).
Looks like still just 3 cube slots displaying, so unfortunately that issue hasn’t been resolved, but it’s nice to have the profiles available again for viewing.
The web page is back but the content is still out of sync. I have 2 seasonal heroes on EU realm, but the web page show only 1 seasonal hero.
The profile page is developed by web team, not D3 team. It is more difficult to get it done. I wonder it will be done.

Yes, can confirm. My main account is also affected by non-current character/item data.

shows UE pants and Witching Hour, while in game she wears Crimson items.

does show outdated sheet DPS value. Ingame after equipping another Haunted Visions necklace the sheet shows 4.7m DPS, instead of the 4.1m on the web profile
How are we supposed to give advice or ask for advice if the gear shown is wrong?

My seasonal barb items seem up to date as of lunch today but the gems in armor are empty and don’t show up with what they should be… So partially synced for me.
Yes I’ve noticed that too. I mentioned it since you pointed out the oddities with the cube and another user mentioned being hopeful that armory being down meant they might be fixing it to show season theme.
Web Profile Pages broken and unavailable again in EU. Did not check other regions yet.
It’s just pathetic that this game producer is seemingly unable to handle something as simple as that.
Testing and QA and seemingly server operations seem to be a massive problem within B.
How often did they release updates to games and webpages that were obviously not tested thoroughly enough and it had to be us players to report and point out these problems.
I fear for the worst for D4…

When I click on your avatar in the post, I get the usual popup with “View activity” and “View Profile”.
If I click on “View Profile”, it displays the “Profile Unavailable” message on the following page: https://us.diablo3.com/en-us/profile/insidious-1502/
To view your profile, you need to edit that link by inserting “blizzard.” between diablo3. and com as in : https://us.diablo3.blizzard.com/en-us/profile/insidious-1502/
(this needs to be done for America and Europe regions – haven’t tried Asia)
So yeah… something is broken… but there is a workaround (a bad one, I’ll admit, but it does get the job done) until such time as Blizzard gets its act together.
Not sure what the next step is… anyone got a phone number for one of the CMs ?

Indeed, adding blizzard. to the fqdn helps.
But why change that again?!
The last change has not been done that long time ago, when they tried to unify the URL and failed badly…
This url always redirect to diablo3.blizzard.com
which always use viewer’s main region despite the language. If I use insidious link you given, I see “Profile Unavailable”.
If I view my own profile, I will see my Asia profile only, no matter us.diablo3.blizzard.com
, or eu.diablo3.blizzard.com
.
This was the same issue happened few months ago.

Can’t confirm that for EU. If I enter the url https://us.diablo3.blizzard.com/en-us/profile/Barahir-2600/
or ap… for my main account, I get “Profile not found”, which is correct, as I don’t have characters on the US or Asia servers. No redirection to my EU servers profile (at least not yet, and I hope they don’t try to “fix” that).
Oh and btw: the profiles still show outdated gear 
They should try and fix that first, before messing around with URLs/FQDNs…
Can PezRadar or someone else please shed some light on what’s going on here?!

Update: after starting a game with each character affected by outdated gear on the web profile, and changing s/th, the web profile now shows accurate gear for both characters. In this case I upgraded the gems socketed in the jewellery.
If I remember correctly, the web-profiles used to be updated on log off.
Why has this changed?
On a side note:
Why am I not surprised that none of the CMs has bothered to chime in? And please, don’t tell me you do not have time to drop a line or two.
Obviously, all promises of improved communication can be dismissed as pure lip service…
If I would treat my customers like that, I would be out of business rather sooner than later.
