It seems to be just the Americas Region. I can change to European and it works fine.

I am not Leviathan, but Win 7 is not supported for D2R. The min requirement is Win10.

I am sorry but you have the wrong Leviathan. There are at least three floating around. Leviathan in green is not the streamer Leviathan.
