AoV + SoF change (broken)

By changing Shield of Fury to cap at 20 stacks you effectively made Heaven’s Fury a lot worse than what it was before the patch for every set other than AoV.
So, bye bye to any LoD / LoN / Akhan versions.

While it is evident that it was too strong, it was still the only effect that made Heaven’s Fury / AoV any fun / good to use.

I would have made other changes:

  • Make Heaven’s Fury consume the 3 stacks from AoV FotH.
  • Allow enemies damaged by HF to take increased damage from FotH (AoV 2 pc bonus)
  • Make every creation of FotH lower the cooldown of HF by 1 second (AoV 2 pc bonus)
  • Increase the damage reduction to cap at 75% (AoV 4 pc bonus)
  • Change Bracers of Fury to apply for 5 seconds after an enemy has been hit with a CC (possibly include FotH as well).

If it would still be too OP even when consuming the stacks, I would insert an internal cooldown on Shield of Fury procs (per mob!) to disencourage Fires of Heaven spamming.

So what ? They were inferior version of the same build anyway ?

Maybe just because you are not good at Crusader, Crusader still the most powefull role in D3 currently, it still has the potential to shoot GR 150.

I think saders are in a good place right now, but I would love it more if the SoF stacks was bumped up to 60 like the bone ringer.
