Every time I have tried to start up the game for the past few minutes, it craps out at the retrieval of my hero list. I’m glad I’m not the only one with problems.

If you are asking if your HC toon will be reset, it will not be, Blizz will not restore any dead heros for any reason.
Ya I know policy unless there is a global reset back to a point before the outage it is probably gone.
Woot shaman is back it must of been a full on crash of the server didn’t register death or they rolled back few min before crash
Blizz just tweeted something about a DDoS attack “on network providers.”
I was having issues with WOW Cable tonight too. It’s definitely possible.
