Think over the last two days of doing speed 105’s around 3 minutes I’ve seen 5 crucibles drop total.
Wudijo said they doubled the drop rate from what was on PTR so he was saying you should see 3-4 an hour if you speed grind… which seems a bit off. Today, was off work, so put in a good day of grinding… 2 crucibles the entire day…
Regardless I’m still getting 2x more Ramaladni’s gifts to crucible. Think i’ve gotten 5 Ramaladni’s today alone, did they reverse the drop rate or am I just extremely unlucky.
Unlucky. They drop like candy for me and others I know.

I believe they are 5x more common than ramalamadingdongs but I see them more around the 1 ramaladnis : 20 crucibles

Unlucky. I’ve gotten around 20 crucibles and 4 or 5 ramalama’s.
You’re just unlucky. RNG always plays a part. Was boosting a friend yesterday for a few hours, during that time I got 15 Crucibles, he got 1.

It’s wierd, i got one on para 58, rolled the power i needed for the build, and i haven’t seen any ever since 
Now i’m para 200+ done a good bunch of activities, and nothing. Guess i need to beef up, to speed clear GR 90+ to have better chances.
I’ve got 12 in my stash, having used 4, and I have 5 Ramaladni’s having used 2. So, for me, the Crucibles are roughly twice as common as the Ramaladni.
I have been getting them from drops everywhere - bounty runs (bosses or treasures) and sometimes get 2 at once, noted by the white beam.
I’ve gotten about 17 angelic crucibles, 7 petrified screams, and only 5 ramaladni’s gifts thus far. So yeah, I would say that you’re unlucky in terms of angelic crucibles.
I had 31 crucibles. Got most of them on saturday and sunday and few on monday. After that they stopped dropping for me.
It’s annoying as I still didnt get the right roll on my item, so it quite feels like being hold back and not getting new chances as i can’t get them to drop anymore.
Same thing happened on the first day… 4 of us were leveling as a group and once we hit 70 two of the team got 3-4 crucibles before either of the other players got 1. When I started playing on the EU server this week I got a crucible at paragon 2. RNG be random.

I keep getting crucibles and haven’t seen a damn gift at all, which I sorely need lol
Just today I got my first Rama’s but have been dropping keys and angelics enough to not complain.
I have like 30 crucibles, 8 ramadon gifts and only 2 screams have dropped. Ran 30+ grifts in a row got 0 of them. BS
Extremely high drop rate, You can average 50 per day easy. Just play more efficiently
I see one of them every 5-6 rifts. Currently have 63 in my stash plus I use them randomly just to crush the item for mats.
I just started the season on Wednesday, and I’ve found 3 Rama and over a dozen Crucibles.
Im wondering if there is a problem. playing a necro, at paragon 200 on torment 7 , gr 36, half way through slayer and to date I have found only 1 crucible and maybe 30 legendries in approximately 35-to 40 hours of play.
I get unlucky, and im having fun being able to finally play necro. the lack of the above will eventually block my ability to advance.
could anyone advise me what to do?

Yeah seeing how I have now 14 ramaladadadis and since this post only seen another 2 crucibles I’ll chuck it up to just bad RNG.
I can’t complain though really. This season has been generous to me in other ways. Since doing my first GR 70, Kadala and the rift guardians have dropped me 4 usable primal ancients. So I guess there is a trade off.

Yep, sounds like bad luck on your part. Since I’ve been doing 90 - 100+'s now, they drop pretty frequently. TWO AC’s even dropped from one GR boss. Have still only found ONE Ram’s so far, which is MY bad RNG. 
I have 27 on my hardcore Barb and less than a quarter of that on my softcore barb.
It’s all in the rng. I can’t find or make puzzle rings in HC to use all those crucibles just sitting there collecting dust. More rng that’s meh (bad math) at best. If I had more in SC, I would be playing the DH and maybe the Monk too, but nope. I am still stuck with underperforming barbs that slap mobs with wet noodles.
For the gifts? I have 2 on SC and almost as many crucibles in HC. Yeah, more of that lovely rng.
