The last hop shows some data packet loss.
It might be some glitch at server end. Hope some supports see this and have a look.

I moved this over to its own thread, so we didn’t have two different issues on the same thread. It does appear that there’s some issues on the ASN network, though there’s some flucuation happening on Telia. It’s possible this is a configuration issue more than it is actual packet loss.

We’ve seen issues with M1 and Telia before, but no trending reports so far with M1. I’ll keep a watch for any trending issues and similar reports of disconnections on the Equinix peering node :slight_smile: There are some issues with Telia we’re looking into.

Could you run another 10-15 minute test with a disconnection, Andor?

With the 10-15 minute disconnection, it sounds like this could be a QoS/WMM setting issue where it mitigates the home network traffic. In the router setting, see if either of these can be disabled. Other than this, the router’s DHCP lease may also impact frequent disconnections.
