Ancient item does not work

Hello i have a problem with my diablo3. I changed the attributes of my character, the monk. I replaced my wepon part in the gear to ancient, the rest was base equipment. And then the speed, damage ability, and recovery after attack for the monk was then deteriorated significantly.

Ring of royal grandeur is not showing up on your monk equipped or cubed.

It may just be an issue of the ring of royal grandeur being a crafted primal, then nvm, however:

You can reroll 1 stat per item, at the artisan (Myriam) in town. Train her up to level 12, “talk” to her, insert an item in the topmost box, and reroll 1 stat per item. You can do this as many times as you have gold and materials.

When you have rerolled successfully, you will note a cyan/white circle on the gear in question.

Just swapping the weapon should not have made much of a difference.
You must have changed something else as well.

Actually, if you check carefully, you will see that he does have a RoRG in the cube… it doesn’t show up on the web profile and that’s an old bug that Blizzard hasn’t fixed.

If you hover your mouse over his equipment, you will note that he is getting the 6-piece bonus for Inna’s set but only has 5 pieces equipped. Similarly, he is getting the 4-piece bonus for the 1000 storms set but only has 3 pieces equipped.

So… that’s not the issue.

Didn’t know that was an old issue.

I did notice they hadn’t rerolled any stats on any of their equipment though, which leaves quite a bit of dmg on the table.

That, and not having focus/restraint, and finally, not socketing that Ancient.

In any case, I should have been more careful when I looked at their profile, or I would’ve seen it the first time.

Thanks for the heads up.
