I have completed the weekly challenge rift and the check mark iis showing completed and says that this rewards expires in 6 days. When I login to adventure I am unable to claim it and am stuck on the alter of rights. I am playing on Nintendo Switch.

This is the wrong category for reporting bugs on consoles, but… before you go, could you check whether you already have a Challenge Rift cache in your non-season stash ? Otherwise… you should be posting in either the Console Discussion or the Console Bug Report category. This category here is for reporting bugs on PC.
If you prefer to move your topic, you can do so by scrolling up to the beginning of this topic, clicking the pencil at the right of the title, changing the category to one of the Console categories, and approving the change.
