Post a screenshot of your PTR seasonal hero standing in the spot shown in my screenshot.

  1. Upload your screenshot to a free image hosting site, e.g. imgur
  2. Copy the URL of your screenshot to the clipboard
  3. Paste the URL of your screenshot into your post
  4. Highlight the URL in your post
  5. In the Edit window click the </> button to convert it to pre-formatted text
  6. The result will be similar to thisā€¦ https://www.justanexample.com

I couldnā€™t use my seasonal characters at first. I created a new seasonal character in the ptr and it worked.

^Exactly. I think some have made the mistake of thinking their S27 Seasonal Heroes would still be Seasonal after PTR Copy. PTR is S28, so all S27 Heroes are converted to Non-Season.
