Alter of rites seems to only accept a STR crafted hellfire amulet as an offering, ive tried offering a INT crafted amulet and a DEX crafted amulet but only STR Amulet works.
Make sure you sacrifice an ANCIENT HF amulet.
Didn’t notice, maybe just a coincidence that the STR one was ancient
