I can’t seem to complete the chapter 2 requirements for my seasonal character “make level 70 weapon /armor and jewelry”. Because I selected the “remove level requirements” at the “alter or rites” Now everything that’s made is automatically level 1.
Has anyone else had this issue? and or who should io talk to about possibly resetting my “alter of rites” (only 2 parts into it) and or marking those things off my checklist so that I can get the set armor.

No. You are confusing item level and character level. The Altar changes the character level, not the item level. So you can still make a level 70 item… and have a character level 1 use it.
Go to the blacksmith and craft a “sovereign” weapon, then go to the Jeweller and craft a “sovereign” ring or amulet. For the Jewelry, you can also craft a sovereign follower item at the blacksmith.

gotcha, thanks. for whatever reason it didn’t give me the achievement last night when I created an item, but it did just now.
