I guess you already figured out that:

So, yeah. You need to farm some more Death’s Breaths.

I think “of” or “out of” instead of the slash would be more useful.
It totally makes sense but occasionally may feel confusing.
It’s a type of uncertainty that rises from mixing March 3rd and 3rd March, it kind of deletes sequential logic in the brain. It can read 500 out of 306 as in Title (Item+Count) / Data (Count). Yes, I realize that there is a line above. Still, that is also invalidated in the brain by browsing pictures with random annotations.
Or just color code it.

I agree that it’s confusing. I tend to read: You need YY Mats / You have XX Mats. Obviously, it’s the opposite. But, in this case, it wouldn’t matter what order the numbers were in.
For example: If the numbers were reversed, it would just mean that @BATMAN had enough Death’s Breaths, but not enough Forgotten Souls.
Unfortunately, Blizzard has a habit of doing things “bass-ackwards”.
- Adding Search to our Stash, but making the search field active by default. (Another example of screwy things Blizzard has done).

To counteract your point, I read it as a fraction, in which case we have approximately 60% of the required DBs. It’s also consistent with the jeweler and blacksmith crafting interfaces showing materials vs required with a forward slash in between. And we love developers that follow consistent interface conventions, do we not?
I lost my TL3 a way’s back so I’m not going to post screenshots, y’all can look it up for yourselves.
