The altar of rites should not have been penalized too much, it lacks effectiveness. The herdsman’s stick: you waste hours and hours of gameplay to do it. Furthermore, WD was penalized too much in the Arachyr set, without having any buffs in other sets.

The soul shards were not nerefed, we are going to have huge powercreep.
