I have all mats and still can’t sacrifice them?
I have all mats 30/30 and the gem 1/1 what can I do :slightly_frowning_face:

Please post a screenshot of the altar showing you have all the mats…

ok – what happens when you select the seal you want to unlock ?
Is the Sacrifice button lit up ?

No its not :slightly_frowning_face: I don’t know why i have all the bouty mats 30/30 and the gem

Make sure it is a Flawless Royal Emerald… not a Topaz, not a Diamond, not a Ruby…

It’s hard trying to figure out what you are doing wrong without seeing…

Is the Flawless Royal Emerald in your inventory ? if it is in your chest, go put it in your inventory

Yes its in inventory wen i go to altar its showing me al is 30/30 for mats and 1/1 for gem noting mising

Only thing left is for @GESHA to post a screenshot of their Altar as they try to unlock the Seal.

(My guess is they’re accessing the Altar, but not clicking on the Seal they want to unlock).


At your Trust Level you have to post links as Preformatted Text.

How to Post Links

  1. Upload your image or video to a free hosting website, like Imgur or YouTube.

  2. Paste the "Direct Link" to your image and/or video in your post. (See image below).

  1. Select the link you just pasted and click the ˂/˃ button on the Reply Editor toolbar. (See image below).

By the way, I don’t believe regular Gems need to be in your Inventory to be sacrificed. Only certain items.

You don’t have 30 Act 2 mats… only 29
