Please put the altar out of season too, what is the difficulty in making the players happy? The game will not receive anything new, so why not leave something accessible out of the season and fun for the players? Occasionally everyone feels like playing with an old set or some character who played for a long time. In fact I don’t know why I’m writing this, Blizzard never seems to understand what the public wants.

It might be a language barrier thing, but I suspect you mean, “Please put the altar out of season too”?
Don’t conflate ‘doesn’t understand what the public wants’ and ‘doesn’t agree with what the public wants’.
And why “doesn’t the blizzard agree with what the public wants”? Isn’t their job to make a fun game for the consumer?

It would be impossible to make every player happy because of the wide spectrum of opinions. Even the altar itself has had people disagreeing on how it should be implemented.
Extend that out to every change that anyone has ever said would be fun and the game would be a mess. Not to mention all those who didn’t like the changes: the game would be less fun for them.
People often believe they speak for everyone, and/or what they think is fun is what everyone will think is fun.
It’s Bliz’s game, not the players’. They make it how they want it to be and invite the community to play it. If a request is made that’s aligns with Bliz’s design philosophy they can implement it. If a request does not, they aren’t obligated to.

That’s a completely different question than what I was commenting on above.
I’d like to see the altar in NS. My criticism is the usual crap communication that Bliz deals in. We had confirmation a while back that it will be. We’ve had confirmation it won’t be via a recent STEALTH change to PTR blog (classy). And we’ve had a handful of ambiguous/contradicting statements in between.

If the altar is really not being added to NS, then I will slot in another point into the “blizzard snatches defeat from the jaws of victory” tally.
I wonder how many more data points the remaining D3 players need that blizz wants to actively remove the remaining D3 playerbase and have them pay for D4 instead (if they haven’t already).

It doesn’t make sense for the altar to exist only during the season. What would be the problem with being happy in the ns with our old characters? Please blizz put the altar out of season too…

Honestly, I believe they wanted to put Altar + Visions in NS, too.
Probably there arose some problems, I just imagine, like rebirthing a toon into season will not lose the XP pool buff or something similar.
I’m sad they didn’t bluepost yet on the issue, though.
Also, even if not with 2.7.7, I hope they will handle all the issues and manage to put the Altar in NS, too.
I don’t want the altar in non-season, so saying there’s noone and no reason to have it not in NS is wrong.

Because I play season 99% of the time and NS is ONLY for pushing builds in “vanilla D3” with high paragon where my seasonal para would be too low. I don’t need/want random shrine effects to take away from that.
So just don’t use the altar, that’s simple and solves your problem.
