Altar of Rites gone and can’t access Mail - PS4

I’m on PS4. I’m in Adventure Mode. My character is SEASONAL.

I’m looking right at that before anyone tells me I don’t know what I’m doing or that it’s “player error”.

I cannot access the mailbox. There’s not even an icon displayed for it. The altar of rites is GONE. I just experimented with two of my other characters

All stats history from each rebirth are GONE. Oddly enough, one seasonal rebirth added the stats of my newest seasonal character.

Alter if rites was for last season. Theybsaid it will be permanent after season 29 ends.

Got it. So, it’s not supposed to show at all this season? The description is very vague. I can’t access my mailbox either with my seasonal character in adventure mode. So, not sure what’s going on. I’ve checked my network, Wi-Fi, etc. no change.
