You said “429/20 forgotten souls”, meaning that you have 429, and you are required to sacrifice 20. OK.
Then you said “7/60 of each material”, meaning that you have 7, and you are required to sacrifice 60. 7 is less than 60, so you need to farm 53 more of each material.
Where is the problem here?
Although I do not see a sacrifice with those requirements… I see a sacrifice for 20 FS and 10 of each material, but still, 7 is less than 10.

For one thing, there is no Altar of Rites cost that requires 60 of each Bounty Mats or 7 of them.
Seal #5 costs 20 Forgotten Souls and 10 each Bounty Mats.

I was thinking about that, and maybe they are thinking 10 x 6 = 60, but that is not the requirement. It is 10 of each, and besides, there are only 5 types, so it would be 50, not 60.
Looks like a reading problem.

It finally took the materials, had to relog twice.
