My blacksmith is 12 and I get this on d3 switch. No matter what item I craft it will only have level 1 stats now after having annointed from altar. No way to change, so now have to swerve crafting all together which is frustrating. Surprised no one else has experienced apart from season journey bug issues being reported.
‘Sovereign’ items have level 70 stats. And generally items on top of list are highest level (level 70 if blacksmith is fully upgraded).
They have experienced it but either understood what was actually happening or posted in General because they are not light bulbs.
