Alot of rubberbanding lag

There is alot of rubberbanding lag during game play in Diablo 3 and D3: ROS. I’m getting sick of playing with rubberband lag. Please fix this.

Howdy!

This is a sign the connection somewhere between the PC and our datacenter is running into packet loss. The best fix for this is to troubleshoot the connection. I would recommend the following steps:

  1. Turn off the PC. Power Cycle the home network’s modem and router to refresh the connection to all devices on the network and to the Internet Service Provider. Steps on how to do this can be found Here.

  2. Once the network is back online, turn back on the PC. Flush the DNS cache using the commands Here.

  3. If you are using a wireless connection to your PC. We recommend trying a wired connection. If this helps resolve the issue your Internet Service Provider(ISP can assist with troubleshooting Wifi issues within the home.)

If you are on a wired connection and the steps above have not helped resolve this issue. The next step would be running a WinMTR to host IP: 24.105.30.129 for 10 minutes when the issue is at it’s worst. Get this data back to us in your reply so we can check out the connection.
