The 6pc Akkhan set only buffs the damage 1500% while the live set bonus is 2000%. Is this intended?

This change to the 6-piece certainly is not mentioned anywhere in patch notes!
It’s a bug in live. It says 2000 but it’s just 1500. It’s a tooltip update.
The real bug is… it’s not a higher amount. Akkhan’s needs some serious love. I would love to play the shield throw Sader if it was viable beyond T13.
