What are the stat priorities when it comes to Area Damage, CDR, Thorn…Specifically if i had a ring for example that naturally rolled CDR + Socket and has garbage stat, do i reroll garbage stat to Area damage or reroll secondary to thorns?

Also what are the CDR breakpoints im aiming for, if i recall there are 2 of them? Ty for help in advance…

56% minimum (I’d really say 58%, since I’m sometimes focused elsewhere). As for the stat, on a ring go for CDR, then AD, then AS.

CDR 59% better 60%.

Order for rolls:
CDR - Area Damage - Thorns
Attack speed nice but not necessary
