Pretty good and fast laptop with dedicated GTX videocard and i crash when trying to play… any idea if my video card will be supported?

Yours is supported Affz and you appear to meet the min requirements.
Be sure to update your Windows 10 and your drivers. Close down any additional programs or overlays.
One way to test is to boot into Windows Selective Service mode Closing Background Applications - Blizzard Support where most things are closed. It lets you troubleshoot. If this works, it means something on your PC was interfering. You can then enable things one by one and report any issues to Blizz.

i have nothing else running at my computer… all driver up to date
any idea? already tried -w -ns … run as administrator… created bat file etc etc
