Add Hellforge Ember in ptr bag

i think for do better test is necessary put Hellforge Ember in the ptr bag, i’m over 700pl and drop only 4 of it, can’t test anything becouse not have gem +3 for test different build.is frustrating and not useful.

But then again if you’re at the point of Staff of Herding you’re only missing one node, in my case 5% damage and double Primals which with the Fortune bag is moot so not really a big deal.

Eh…something to do on PTR instead of an Instant gimmie, not the worst thing really. Also Visions drop Embers much more frequently I find.

Yep, this and the SoH not being in the PTR Vendor bags was a huge oversight for PTR.
