Hello,I log out from the game with my progress level 10. One day later I start up again and my progress is level 5.can you help me with that? Thanks

On the Battlenet launcher, just above the Play button, where it says Diablo III, to the right of that is a little blue globe, click that, choose Europe rather than Americas, click Play and you’ll find your level 10 DH again.

Here’s something else you could do…
On the US server, create a level 1 hero called “Americas”
On the EU server, create a level 1 hero called “Europe”
On the Asia server, create a level 1 hero called “Asia”
That way, you’d always be able to tell easily which region you’ve logged into just by looking at your Hero list in-game.
