yesterday 05/01/2025 I entered diablo 3 and the character “Morgan” was no longer ladder but normal, today I returned it was ladder again but without 2300000 gold, without 773 or so excellence points, the chest that restarts from three bags and empty, the altar of the rites to be redone, no type of normal and rare gems, the artisans to be trained and without recipes. you can’t contact anyone to be helped.
They had ended the season early by mistake. There is a big thread on it in General.
How will this thing be resolved? I lose everything and I have to redo everything until the ladder closes?

Good thing is, you won’t have lost progression (paragon) or any in-game items. They would have rolled over to non-season like any other end of season would do.
The problem in this case is how Blizzard goes about reverting it.
For a few, they got the season back exactly as it was. For most they got back a borked version of the season, without their stash gear, or progression, outside of their character level.
And for those in the US realm (NA) we have not had a revert yet. Not sure if we will eventually, or if they are trying to work out the kinks from EU’s messy revert.
But ultimately the only thing you really lose here is time.
