hi guys i need a bit of help first time i play ptr and today i press copy from there to my main account and now i cannot find that character what i used on ptr can anybody help me ? thanks sorry if post on the wrong topic
When you copy your Live account to the PTR it replaces anything you already had on the PTR. So, if you had a character there that you played, it is now replaced by your copied chars.
The PTR is just for testing. Nothing there transfers back to Live. Just use your Live copy and Blood Shards to test the new items.
When phase 2 rolls out you can make a PTR seasonal char to test the season buffs on the PTR. Don’t copy over again though - copied chars can’t play PTR seasons.

Then the copy was an old snapshot from before I did these things… 
Yeah. One of the things most people don’t realize is that the PTR copy uses your Account Archive backup. That is refreshed irregularly and can be days, or even a week old. It is also what is used for Account Rollbacks in the event of a compromise.
The cooldown on Char Copy to the PTR is 24 hours. There is a chance if you copy again in a day or two that the archive might have updated to a newer save reflecting your recent acquisitions.
THANKS a lot now make sense anyway by the time 24 hours i reach with a new one lvl 70 so i just started a fresh one again just for some fun hard lvl GL and HF
