Is there other ways to unlock more stash space in D3 or can it only be done with seasonal Character conquests?
Only with seasonal character conquest. As a reminder, the season ahead Haedrig’s Gift Sets has no Set dungeon related to them. So you have to finish Haedrig’s and look for other Set pieces quickly at S27 for Set dungeon mastery.

As you already have D3, ROS and Necro, that just leaves the tabs unlocked by Conqueror.
